QLD COVID19 Lockdown - We are currently operating as per usual.
We are located outside of the QLD lockdown zone & we will continue to dispatch orders & answer enquiries in a timely fashion.
Please be aware that this lockdown & any further lockdowns will disrupt the supply chain from our Suppliers.
If an item you are wanting to order is in the backorder status & you need it in a certain timeframe please email to obtain a delivery window.

27th May 2021

Victorian Lockdown - As of 11:59pm tonight, the 27/05/21 Victoria will enter into a 7 day COVID19 lockdown. Although our warehouse & office are not based in Victoria, a lot of our suppliers are. This will cause further delays with any goods that are currently on backorder or that will be placed onto backorder during this period. Please bare this in mind when placing any of our backorder only stock onto order, these goods will incur a lengthy delay.

26th March 2021

Suez Canal - due to the current & on going issue within one of the worlds main shipping lanes, there may be a significant delay to any current / future back orders. While we are dispatching backorders daily, we are still waiting on certain stock to come into the country via freight carriers. The ETA for mid-May still currently stands with our suppliers & we will update all orders if there is any further delays due to this issue. 

12th Febuary 2021

Victoria Lockdown Delays - please note that due to the current lockdown of Victoria, some suppliers will be unable to dispatch stock to us that we have ordered, until after lockdown is over. This may cause a delay in your order. Please make contact us with us (via Livechat, bottom-right corner of website) to see if your order is affected, should its dispatch be time-sensitive. Unfortunately this situation is beyond our control and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

8th Febuary 2021

Unfortunately we wish to advise some suppliers are taking much longer than normal to get orders to us. This is out of our control. If you order needs an item ordered and we confirm that item is in stock with a supplier, you will not be contacted so for any time-sensitive orders we recommend you contact us. Have a lovely day! :)

Please accept our apologies for delays in replying to your emails and in getting stock dispatched. We are still playing catchup since returning from holidays and the current COVID situation in Qld is also further hindering things. Thank you for your patience.

We will no longer be offering phone communication for sales and support. Please utilise:

We would request when making contact with us that you provide as much information as possible including any part numbers/order ID or any photos applicable to your enquiry, in order to expedite the process. Please ensure to supply a valid email address for reply.

Supplier cut-offs for 2020
We advise that numerous suppliers have implemented cut-off dates for ordering, some commencing as early as 1st December 2020. From this date so suppliers will no longer be able to supply stock until they re-open in 2021. If you are affected by this in relation to any orders placed, you will be contacted

1st October 2020

Re-opening after Melbourne Lockdown / Borders Closures
Suppliers advise at this stage stock coming out of Melbourne to fulfil orders are running approximately 3-4 weeks behind as they catch up on months of orders they have been unable to process. Australia Post and Toll also continue to have delays (please visit their respective websites for more information)

Wharf Strike
Wharf strike disruptions continue to hamper suppliers getting shipping containers uploaded upon arrival. 

Please contact us and check on stock availability if needing item/s within a specific timeframe.

22nd September 2020

In addition to information advised on 4th August still being current, we have been advised by some suppliers that they are experiencing longer than usual delays processing shipping containers holding their stock due to current wharf industrial strikes. This may result in estimations initially supplied to you being unavoidably extended. We will do our very best to update customers regularly on any delays pertaining to their orders. Please contact us and check on stock availability if needing item/s within a specific timeframe.

4th August 2020

We wish to advise customers that some of our suppliers, due to government directives relating to the current COVID-19 situation in Victoria, will be closed and unable to supply us stock:

FROM: 6th August 2020
TO: 28th September 2020

Suppliers whom are allowed to operate under restrictions, in some cases, are currently running up to 2 weeks behind in processing orders.

Unfortunately these circumstances will directly impact our ability to fulfil some orders, in part or full, until after lockdown and several weeks beyond lockdown (if we are unable to supply an item until after Vic lockdown ends, you will be updated via email). It will also have an impact on delivery of available stock from suppliers due to border closures.

We would ask for your understanding and patience during this time. Please contact us and check on stock availability if needing item/s within a specific timeframe.

UPDATE: Ongoing issues with Toll and Australia Post persist and we would please ask that customers are understanding and patient at this time, with the expectation of delays out of our control.

Phone issues - Phone issues still persist. For now, the best way for now to contact us is still via Livechat when available and email by clicking here. Upon receipt of your message, we will email or phone you back. 

Stock Supply - please be advised that there are still extended delays on getting stock from major suppliers given their decision to extend their Easter break and now we also have another major supplier having IT outages across the last 3 weeks.

Add to this the ongoing issues with Toll and Australia Post delays, we would please ask that customers are understanding and patient at this time, with the expectation of delays out of our control.

Major suppliers update - all of our major suppliers have now returned to work this week, having had an extended Easter break. You will be notified of any delays relating to your order if applicable.

Australia Post - there have been some updates with Australia Post and their timeframes and way in which they manage mail during the COVID-19 crisis. Please view a copy of these changes here >>

Phone issues - Unfortunately, whilst our phone system is operational via the internet due to working from home, its a bit patchy, echoing and has delays here and there. The best way to contact us is still via Livechat Should communication over phone be required, please send us your message and your call will be returned.

Major suppliers closes for additional week following Easter break - Some of our main suppliers have decided to close for an additional week following on from the Easter long weekend. This will cause extended delays regarding the fulfilment of some orders. Customers whose orders will be affected will be contacted this week to advise of the delay and options available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that its business as usual at Caravan Parts, with a couple of changes due to Coronavirus recommencations and/or restrictions:

    Orders will now be dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only until further notice.
    The remainder of the team will be working from home effective Monday, 23rd March 2020 until further notice.
    Please allow this week for us to iron out any issues including transfer of business phone, set up of office etc. 
    We are in the process of transferring over the business phone number to a home office. We ask for your patience.
    Email, Parts ID Service and Livechat (when available) are the preferred methods of communications this week.
