We are still catching up on enquiries since moving to our home-based environment. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that its business as usual at Caravan Parts, with a couple of changes due to Coronavirus recommencations and/or restrictions:

  1. ORDER DISPATCH
    Orders will now be dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only until further notice.
     
  2. WORKING FROM HOME
    The remainder of the team will be working from home effective Monday, 23rd March 2020 until further notice.
    Please allow this week for us to iron out any issues including transfer of business phone, set up of office etc. 
     
  3. BUSINESS PHONE
    We are in the process of transferring over the business phone number to a home office. We ask for your patience.
    Email, Parts ID Service and Livechat (when available) are the preferred methods of communications this week.
